🏡 House Rules & Fee Policy This is our personal home, and we’ve put a lot of care into making it a comfortable, welcoming space. We ask that you treat it with the same respect you would if staying at a close friend or family member’s home. We do our best to avoid situations where any additional fees are needed — and thankfully, it’s rare. These guidelines exist to protect the space and ensure a great experience for everyone. By booking, you agree to the following rules and understand that violations may result in additional charges. 🚫 No Local Bookings To ensure out-of-town guests can enjoy Nashville, we do not accept local bookings unless approved in advance. If you’re local and have a specific reason for your stay (e.g. home renovations or hosting family), message us before booking. 🎉 Glitter or Confetti $250 fee — glitter and confetti are extremely difficult to clean and require additional deep cleaning time. 🚭 Smoking Indoors $500 minimum fee if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed, but not near open doors or windows. Do not dispose of cigarette butts in the fire pit ash bucket. All cigarette waste must be fully extinguished and thrown away in the outdoor garbage bins next to the garage. Do not leave butts on the ground or bring them inside the house. 🐾 Unauthorized Pets $1,000 per pet fee for bringing pets without prior written approval. 👥 Extra Guests $100 per additional guest, per night, if your group exceeds the reservation count. 🎊 Unauthorized Parties or Events $1,000 fee and potential cancellation for hosting any unapproved parties or events. 🔊 Noise Complaints $500 per incident for quiet hours violations (quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am). 🧼 Excessive Mess $100+ fee for excessive cleaning due to spills, stained furniture, or significant messes beyond typical use. 🔌 Tampering with Devices $250 fee for tampering with or disabling WiFi routers, security cameras, or other smart home devices. ⏰ Late Checkout $100 per hour for late checkouts without prior approval, up to one full night’s rate. 🛋️ Lost or Damaged Items $150 minimum fee for lost keys, remotes, or damaged linens, towels, or furniture.

The entire house is available for your use, except for a few areas that are marked as “not for guest use.” These include the garage and two storage closets in common spaces. We’ve ensured that everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay is fully accessible, and we’re happy to help if you have any questions about the space!
